Not a market (anymore)
- Sundays: the daily street markets (Albert Cuyp, Dappermarkt, Ten Kate, Waterlooplein) are closed on Sunday; only the Bloemenmarkt opens (from 11:00).
- IJ-Hallen: the NDSM flea market is held only on a few set weekends (10–11 Oct, 31 Oct–1 Nov, 12–13 Dec 2026); do not go across the IJ on another weekend expecting stalls.
- Lindengracht and the Noordermarkt farmers market: Saturday only; the Noordermarkt on Monday is a smaller flea and textile market.
- Bloemenmarkt: it sells mostly bulbs and souvenirs: it is a sight rather than a place for bargains.
